Paul Smith, born in Philadelphia on September 21st, 1921, has suffered from severe cerebral palsy all of his life. The disease had impeded his speech and mobility to the point that doing everyday tasks was near to impossible. Well into his life, Paul entered the Rose Haven Nursing Center in Roseburg, Oregon. He did not want cerebral palsy to ruin his remarkable life, so he made it his goal to stick to what he loved. During his stay, he has managed to create a massive collection of art that has stunned everyone.
