When this Girl started Reading she didnt Realize that Entire School Set Her Up
Being in a military family is a massive sacrifice, after all – going for long periods without seeing your loved ones is extremely hard. One student in particular knows a thing or two about this, as her Dad has been deployed for years. Haley Webb is an 8th grade student at Bingham Middle School in Missouri. Just recently, she was asked to introduce a special guest in front of her classmates, teachers and parents at the school’s Veteran’s Day performance.
Haley plays her instrument in the school band before being given the important task. Haley finishes her band performance, and receives a special piece of paper as she walks up to the podium. She begins reading the paper, which celebrates the special guest’s life achievements. But, near the middle of her speech, Haley notices something has changed. She begins to tear up in front of her entire school.
